Areas that play to your strengths (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with)
In this role, you’ll support a small and experienced team in their daily business.
During this internship, you’ll learn about the processes (organizational & creative) involved when producing advertising content. You’ll also learn and assist with the planning/production scheduling as well as the budgeting and reconciliation process (petty cash reconciliations, etc.).
Participate in production process
You’ll actively participate in various organizational aspects of the production process. i.e.: Footage search using various Red Bull Media House platforms, maintaining various Excel/Data spreadsheets, liaising with legal counsel regarding the legal clearance of selected footage, hotel & flight bookings, etc.
You’ll build and maintain relationships with the extended teams (i.e.: creative directors, editors, post -production, legal counsel) and communicate with various Red Bull offices worldwide.
Your experience includes: (proven performance in)
- Experience supporting events, exhibitions, productions or similar.
- An interest in the media production business as well as moving images and music.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication.
- Team player.
- Education in media environment of advantage.
- Good German and English skills.
