Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized full-time PRODUCER / PROJECT MANAGER (f/m/d) to join our team. If you are passionate about electronic music, possess strong numerical skills, and excel in project management, we encourage you to apply. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Project and production management
• Key account management
• Budget and contract negotiations
• Production and personnel planning on a global scale

Your qualifications:

• Extensive experience (> 5 years) in project and production management within the media or music industry
• Proven experience in team leadership
• Proficiency in accounting and commercial bookkeeping
• Your skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail (bookkeeping, invoicing)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (correspondence, minutes, contracts)
  • Innovative thinking with a focus on process optimization
  • Ability to work independently, with structure and conscientiousness
  • Familiarity with music and film terminology and keen interest in media and music
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management software 
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Musical interest, and possibly experience in music production
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
